Bug Fixes

• Distribution dashboard entries now update reliably — Saving a new or edited entry now displays the correct data immediately without needing to refresh the page.
• Search and filter clearing improved — Selecting a disabled category now correctly clears the document number and description search fields to avoid showing stale results, and the “clear search” button now fully resets the search state when no results are displayed.
• Dashboard layout preference now applies immediately — Changing the default layout in your User Profile now takes effect across all dashboards straight away.

Improvements

• Retiring a document now removes it from books automatically — If a document is part of a book, you’ll see a clear warning before confirming. The document is safely unlinked from the book as part of the retire action.
• Rollback now includes an audit comment — Rolling back a document revision now prompts for a mandatory comment, providing a clear audit trail.
• Document revision history now shows overwritten revisions — If a revision has been re-uploaded, the previous version is now visible in the revision history for full traceability.
• PDF previews work on all networks — Document previews no longer depend on an external internet connection and will work reliably on all server configurations.
• Panel headers stay visible when scrolling — When viewing long document or entry details, the panel title now remains at the top of the screen as you scroll.
• Upload table sorted in natural order — Uploaded documents are now listed in natural numeric order (e.g., DOC-2 before DOC-10).
