The new About menu brings several useful areas together in one place, including:

• Suggest an Improvement

• Privacy Policy
• Terms of Use

This makes it easier for users to understand what has changed, see what is planned, contact the support team, and find key information without leaving the system.

Support and improvement requests from inside DMS

Users can now send support requests and improvement suggestions from inside theDMSeffect.

These messages can include optional attachments or pasted screenshots, making it easier to explain an issue or suggest a change with the right context included.

This gives users a simpler way to raise feedback while they are already working in the system.

Clearer roadmap visibility

The new roadmap page gives users a clearer view of upcoming DMS improvements.This helps make future work more visible and gives teams a better sense of what is being improved over time.

Smoother document review and administration

Version 4.5.5 also includes refinements to document checks, previews, reports, and dashboard behaviour.PDF previews have been improved for large files and rotated documents, including previews opened from approval and checking summaries.Locked PDF checks and file validation are also easier for administrators to work through, helping reduce friction when files need attention.

Interface polish and consistency

This release includes smaller refinements across job attachments, reports, dashboard columns, pagination settings, loading indicators, and button styling.These changes help make the interface feel more consistent across common workflows.
